I would like to show my appreciation for Chris. We like Chris, the maintenance man, he is a huge asset to Nittany Garden office, we will miss hime if we leave here. Chris is skilled, professional, powerful man and keeps his promise. Many Nittany residents love his skill and his lovable personality. He never forgot an order. God bless him.

Definitely enjoy living here at Nittany Gardens, after several bad experiences at other apartment complexes. The office staff are personable and helpful, the apartments are clean and have large balconies with sliding glass doors (my favorite part about living here), and the apartments are well-named--there is a lot of green space and lovely trees. There is also a pool and good places for kids to play. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are right near two bus stops, a grocery store, and the YMCA. Very safe and quiet area as well, and lots of parking. Unlike other places I have lived, the maintenance staff are fantastic and quick to help.

I'm very pleased to provide here an apartment maintenance review report, as follow-up to an important service request I made early a.m. Monday, April 7, 2025, for specific repair of my leaking kitchen faucet /drain system. Leak developed during prior weekend days, such that I had contained the water issuing into the cabinet space in a spare bucket, then reported leak details in my call to our Office Manager ( Pam Schreffler ) earliest opportunity on the new weekday. Promptly, a service order was created, vectoring our primary on site maintenance tech person, Chris Cain, to check our problem, then immediately commence repair, near 9 a.m. A superior, experienced N G Apartments service technician, Chris confirmed the leak source(s) from an earlier, preliminary flex-hose repair effort completed Dec 2024-Jan 2025, ready to replace the faucet unit as necessary. He's quite well prepared with tools, repair parts, and diagnostic analysis, such that his repair is fully complete. Time management is exceptional. In this instance, he shared observations with me to ensure his analysis, carefully processed the repair, then advised about this restoration. He is outstanding: very courteous, alway

Very lovely place to live. Lived for 3 years during PSU Grad School. Most apartments in area look similar, but the price and excellent maintenance team here sets them apart. The maintenance staff was always on point and quick to fix any problems or replace appliances. Enjoyed living here, only reason moving is because done with schooling. The apartment is not the most luxurious space, but is a great cost-effective option in the area. No complaints, no notes.

The best part is the maintenance. No matter what is the issue, they are here to help. Houses are all well maintained and clean. Affordable place to live. WiFi is good. Heaters are good but not very effective in bed rooms. Feels like a home. Beautiful and scenic. Ideal for students and families. Pet friendly. :)
